Job summary

ACT DIGITAL POLSKA Sp. z o.o. is seeking a Solution Architect to define and maintain the architecture for a real-time incident reporting system. You will translate business and technical needs into scalable designs and guide teams through the lifecycle.

The role requires extensive experience, SOA/ESB/microservices expertise, and strong communication with stakeholders. Remote work is offered on an international client basis, with competitive hourly rates.

Qualifications

Minimum 7 years of software development experience, with at least 2 years in software architecture for large-scale systems.
Degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or related technical discipline.
Proven design of enterprise software using SOA, ESB and microservices.
Strong knowledge of distributed systems and event-driven architectures.
Experience with Apache Kafka, GraphQL APIs and Redis.
Experience leading Agile (Scrum) teams and communicating with stakeholders.
English level C1 or higher.

Responsibilities

Define and maintain the overall solution architecture.
Translate business and technical requirements into robust designs.
Support development teams throughout the software lifecycle.
Evaluate practical solutions ensuring security, quality, scalability, maintainability.
Produce architectural documentation and present decisions to stakeholders.
Mentor teams and drive architectural governance.
