Job summary

Infolet Kraków is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to lead the end-to-end architecture for a Proof of Concept and future production deployment of an open-source workload automation platform. You will define scalable solutions, drive architectural decisions across design, data flows, security, and resiliency, and collaborate with global engineering teams for long-term operability.

This is a unique opportunity to influence strategic direction while working with Kubernetes, Kafka, Apache

Qualifications

• 5+ years in solution or system architecture with ownership.
• Experience delivering large-scale distributed systems.
• Expertise in workload automation and orchestration.
• Strong knowledge of microservices architectures and APIs.
• Excellent communication in global environments.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end architecture for PoC and future production deployment.
• Define scalable workload automation solutions based on open-source tech.
• Drive architectural decisions across platform design, data flows, security, observability, availability, and resiliency.
• Collaborate with global engineering teams to ensure delivery and operability.
• Provide technical leadership during architecture discussions and ADRs.
• Align technical solutions with business requirements and stakeholder expectations.
• Document architecture decisions, roadmaps, and non-functional requirements.
• Work with DevOps to establish deployment patterns and CI/CD standards.
