Job summary

Boeing Poland sp. z o.o. is seeking an Experienced Software Verification Engineer in Gdańsk.

You will define verification strategies, build automated UI tests with Selenium and Python, and ensure code quality across frontend and backend. You will mentor engineers and coordinate with product, UX and QA teams in a hybrid work setting. The role emphasizes strong Python skills, test automation, and experience with web apps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, math, data science or CS.
• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Define and document verification strategy for projects with test scopes and risk priorities.
• Design, implement, and maintain automated UI tests using Selenium and Python.
• Write unit and integration tests for frontend and backend code quality.
• Run performance and reliability verification (smoke/tests).
• Triaging defects with clear reproduction steps and logs; mentor others.
• Collaborate with product, UX, and QA to ensure high quality UX.
• Use Git, CI/CD pipelines, and standard branching for MR workflows.
• Work in containerized environments (Docker) and coordinate with DevOps.
• Stay current with web standards and platform features; suggest adoption.
• Contribute to estimation, sprint planning, and process improvement.
