Job summary

Netwrix is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to develop features for the Netwrix Threat Manager and ITDR product lines. You will help build scalable threat detection capabilities for on‑prem and SaaS environments and shape the future of identity and data security.

You’ll work with a technical leadership team, mentor engineers, and contribute to architectural decisions while exploring AI/ML integrations for anomaly detection and automated responses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 6-8+ years of software development experience with a focus on enterprise software.
• Experience delivering on-prem and SaaS software at scale; familiarity with CI/CD and monitoring/observability.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement threat detection capabilities leveraging Active Directory and Entra ID expertise across hybrid environments.
• Write high-quality code and scalable backend services for on-prem and SaaS environments; influence architecture and integrations.
• Integrate NTM data with Netwrix ITDR, Identity, Data, and 1Secure products.
• Promote AI tools to accelerate product development and enable smarter threat detection and analytics.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineering leadership to align technical direction with business needs.
