Job summary

Betway Group in Kraków is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead design, development and evolution of our technology stack. You will work hands-on to build robust, scalable web applications and services across platforms, shaping the future of our online gaming ecosystem.

The role requires strong .NET 8+ proficiency, C# 8+, Elasticsearch, SQL Server with EF Core/Dapper, and experience with microservices, queues and modern frontend frameworks.

• Frontend framework experience: Angular, React or Vue.
• In‑memory and distributed caching with Redis.
• Microservices development.
• Unit testing practices.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into clear technical design documents.
• Design scalable software architectures supporting current and future cross-functional needs.
• Develop high-level system design diagrams and implement moderate-to-complex web applications.
• Design, build, test and maintain software solutions including applications, websites, data processes and UIs.
• Ensure code quality and DevOps alignment through CI/CD pipeline development.
• Conduct code reviews and drive engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with project management to define technical direction and plan delivery timelines.
