Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Senior Developer to design and build integration solutions that automate enterprise platforms such as GitLab and Jira. You will focus on middleware, automation tools, and CI/CD components in GitLab to improve software delivery and operations.

You will deliver reliable automation across the software development lifecycle, creating reusable services and APIs while leveraging Linux, cloud technologies, and REST APIs.

Qualifications

• Min. 5 years of experience in software development and integration solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Python and Go.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines in GitLab and creating reusable CI components for GitLab.
• Extensive experience building and using REST APIs.
• Knowledge of Redis and SQLite databases.
• Experience with cloud technologies such as Kubernetes, OpenShift, and Azure.
• Familiarity with Elastic Stack and Open Policy Agent is advantageous.
• English proficiency at least B2.

Responsibilities

• Designing and developing middleware services and integration platforms using Python and Go.
• Creating robust integrations between GitLab and Jira, and other platforms.
• Building reusable services, libraries, and APIs to support automation and orchestration.
• Designing and implementing CI/CD components for GitLab.
• Creating cloud applications and middleware.
• Maintaining awareness of Linux system operations and Linux shell commands.
