Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5–8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience with backend and/or frontend frameworks such as React.js.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and containerization.
• Hands-on data engineering and/or data science experience.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, CI/CD, and automated testing.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy full-stack solutions in a regulated Pharma R&D environment.
• Drive architectural decisions for scalable systems in cross-functional teams.
• Define and execute a technical vision for the R&D application landscape.
• Identify technical risks and gaps, propose solutions, and guide teams toward robust implementations.
• Mentor engineers and support growth across teams.
• Introduce new technologies and improve engineering workflows.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to improve code quality and delivery speed.
