Job summary

Cisco seeks a technical leader to deliver UEBA for Security, building scalable Python/Java services with a focus on data analytics and ML-driven insights. You will work across product, design, and other engineering teams in a distributed environment, contributing to on-call rotations and continuous improvement.

You will mentor developers, drive architectural discussions, and adopt modern tech like Docker, Kubernetes, and GitLab CI/CD to ensure secure, reliable delivery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of related experience with a technical Bachelor's degree, or 6+ years with a Master's.
• Proficiency in Python (preferred) or Java with solid data structures knowledge.
• Strong SQL skills, Redis experience and knowledge of search/analytics platforms.
• Hands-on AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker/Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences and work across teams.
