Job summary

ABC Fitness is hiring for a frontend engineer to work on XLerate web experiences using React. You’ll collaborate with a focused customer team to build impactful solutions and own complex UI features end-to-end in a data‑driven, Agile environment.

You will join the CRM Ops engineering squad that connects member data to CRM workflows, shaping the next generation of ABC Fitness' CRM product and day-to-day experiences for studios and entrepreneurs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant field exp. preferred.
• 4+ years of JavaScript/TypeScript, with TypeScript in production codebases.
• 4+ years front-end experience with React and modern web apps.
• Strong React design principles, component-driven UI, state management.
• Experience owning complex features end-to-end from design to release.
• Experience writing unit and integration tests and QA practices.
• Experience integrating front ends with REST APIs and debugging.
• Mentoring engineers and raising standards via code reviews.
• Performance and accessibility focus in production apps.
• Experience with Agile delivery and DevOps practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication; version control knowledge.
• Comfort with learning new technologies.

Responsibilities

You’ll join CRM Ops, the engineering squad that owns CRM operations and segmentation on the ABC Glofox platform - including tags, audiences, tasks, and Member Aggregate, our segmentation engine. The team connects member and studio data to day-to-day CRM workflows so studios can reach the right people and turn engagement into measurable outcomes. You’ll shape the XLerate experience in the product UI, partnering closely with design and product so studios get clear, fast workflows for CRM day-to-day. We believe the team is the unit of delivery. Quality is a collective effort through reviews and pairing on complex challenges. You’ll also work closely with partner squads such as Connect, which powers automations and communications alongside CRM, to continue building XLerate, our next-generation CRM product and a major priority for ABC Fitness.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Design, develop, test, and document front-end software for XLerate web experiences using React
• Work closely with a focused customer team to solve real problems, actively listening to customer needs and delivering impactful solutions
• Own complex UI features end-to-end, from design collaboration through release, and help raise the front-end quality bar
• Drive technical decisions on the front end, breaking large pieces of work into deliverable slices and flagging risk early
• Collaborate with developers and QA Engineers to design, develop, test and release new features
• Maintain code quality, organization, and automation; mentor Mid engineers through reviews and pairing
• Be involved in a data-driven decision-making process, from understanding the "why" behind our work to learning from retrospectives that guide continuous improvement
• Collaborate with designers, developers, product managers, and testers to transform ideas into unique, human experiences for fitness entrepreneurs
• Use cutting edge Agile & Lean ways of working underpinned by DevOps and CI/CD

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant field exp. preferred
• 4+ years of experience with a general-purpose programming language like JavaScript/TypeScript, including solid TypeScript in production codebases
• 4+ years of experience with front end (using React), working on web applications
• Strong understanding of React design principles, component-driven UI, and state management in larger applications
• Proven track record owning complex features end-to-end, from technical design through release and production support
• Experience writing and maintaining automated tests (unit and integration) alongside modern Quality and Testing principles
• Experience integrating front ends with REST APIs and debugging issues across the stack
• Experience mentoring engineers and raising standards through code review
• Attention to performance and accessibility in production web applications
• Solid understanding of the practical application of agile development methods in an Agile/Lean/Continuous Delivery environment
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Knowledge of code versioning tools
• Comfortable learning new technologies and systems

Compensation for this role will be determined based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, qualifications, skills, geographic location, and market considerations. The anticipated compensation range for this position is - 230,000.00 - 250,000.00 PLN- annually. In addition to base compensation, eligible employees may be offered other forms of compensation, such as bonuses, commissions, equity, or other incentive programs, where applicable. Compensation and benefits may vary by location and are subject to applicable legal, business, and market requirements.
