• Experience with paid social and performance creative; evaluate and iterate assets.
• Proven LinkedIn and Reddit experience; TikTok is a strong plus.
• Experience producing UGC content via outsourced platforms.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong analytical skills; working knowledge of Google Analytics; SEO familiarity a plus.
• Digital marketing/agency background is a plus.
• Strong time management and ownership.
• Crystal-clear communication across multiple teams.

• Own the long-term social media content strategy and brand direction across LinkedIn, Reddit, and emerging channels.
• Plan content directions and ensure brand consistency across channels.

• Collaborate with paid social team to analyze performance and iterate creatives.
• Produce weekly UGC content via outsourced creator platforms.
• Brief copywriters and ensure copy fits channel and funnel requirements.
• Plan and oversee social media content calendars and deliverables with design and content teams.
• Track and analyze content performance and audience engagement; adjust course when goals aren’t met.
• Align social media goals with relevant teams and leadership.
