CD PROJEKT RED is seeking a Senior Tech QA Analyst - Audio to take ownership of quality, stability and performance across our shared audio technologies. You will work closely with Audio Code, Sound Design, Music and QA teams, testing complex systems across C++, Unreal Engine and Wwise, using debugging and profiling tools to understand not only when something fails, but why.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of QA, software testing, or game development focused on complex systems.
• Own quality, stability and performance for technical features across the lifecycle.
• Strong Unreal Engine and C++ skills; able to read, investigate, and debug production code.
• Proficiency with Wwise; capable of performance profiling and debugging audio.
• Experience with diagnostic and profiling tools (Unreal Insights, PIX, Razor).
• Experience designing automated or programmatic testing, pipelines and tools.
• Ability to perform root-cause analysis on complex systems.
• Skilled in creating comprehensive test strategies and coverage plans.
• Ability to translate data-driven insights into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee stability, performance and quality of shared audio systems across the lifecycle.
• Create test strategies and coverage plans to identify risks early and validate approaches.
• Conduct deep-dive investigations on complex audio issues using C++, Unreal Engine and Wwise.
• Monitor audio system performance metrics (CPU, memory, streaming, runtime).
• Design and maintain automated tests, environments and debugging tools.
• Collaborate with Audio Code and Design teams to evaluate solutions and provide data-driven QA input.
• Improve pipelines and QA practices by researching new testing technologies.
• Coordinate QA across in-house and external teams for complex features.
• Mentor the team through documentation, knowledge sharing and workshops.
