Sii Poland is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead the design and governance of ServiceNow Customer Service Management implementations for a global pharmaceutical client. You will shape scalable architectures and ensure alignment with business and technical requirements.

You will define integration approaches, collaborate with analysts and developers, support multi-country rollouts, and produce architectural documentation while upholding governance standards and high-quality

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a Solution Architect or similar role.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow, including Customer Service Management
• Solid understanding of Solution Architecture, System Architecture, and Integration Architecture
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments
• Knowledge of business process modelling and solution design best practices
• Familiarity with Governance, Risk & Compliance principles
• Experience with architectural governance and documentation
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Professional proficiency in English, enabling effective collaboration with international stakeholders and teams
