Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Solution Architect with strong CSM expertise to lead the design and governance of a ServiceNow Customer Service Management implementation for a global pharmaceutical client.

You will define architectures, drive integrations with enterprise systems, and collaborate with international stakeholders across delivery teams in an Agile environment, ensuring scalable, compliant solutions and comprehensive technical documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a Solution Architect or similar role.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow, including Customer Service Management.
• Solid understanding of Solution Architecture, System Architecture, and Integration Architecture.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Knowledge of business process modelling and solution design best practices.
• Familiarity with Governance, Risk & Compliance principles.
• Experience with architectural governance and documentation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional proficiency in English, enabling effective collaboration with international stakeholders and teams.

Responsibilities
