Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to join a global team focused on enhancing the security tooling landscape. You will concentrate on architectural, functional, and configuration aspects of ServiceNow Security Operations within an Agile product team, driving continuous improvement and impactful enhancements.

The role requires 5+ years in ServiceNow SecOps, deep security operations expertise, and strong English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Security Operations.
• Deep expertise in Security Operations, Threat Analysis, and Threat Management.
• Practical consulting and configuration management experience.
• Advanced level of English.

Responsibilities

• Act as subject matter expert for ServiceNow SecOps.
• Analyze current SecOps configuration and identify improvements.
• Drive enhancements within Threat Response and related SecOps capabilities.
• Design and implement platform improvements increasing effectiveness, automation, and usability.
• Provide architectural and configuration guidance for ServiceNow SecOps.
• Collaborate with Accenture and internal stakeholders to align processes and platform capabilities.
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and story execution.
• Support innovation initiatives strengthening security operations and threat-management processes.
• Recommend best practices and future-state improvements for the ServiceNow SecOps ecosystem.
