Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced ServiceNow professional to drive AI-driven capabilities within a modern enterprise service management platform. You will shape adoption of generative AI, improve digital support, and enhance operational efficiency across the organization.

Lead AI use cases, configure Now Assist and Virtual Agent, and ensure governance and security of implementations. Collaboration with global stakeholders is essential in this role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on ServiceNow development in enterprise environments.
• Strong background in Virtual Agent, conversational experiences, and AI-driven automation.
• Advanced ServiceNow development: JavaScript, integrations, APIs, workflows.
• Deep understanding of ITSM processes and ServiceNow best practices.

Responsibilities

• Review current ServiceNow AI setup and identify improvement areas.
• Define AI priorities, roadmap and practical use cases with stakeholders.
• Configure and optimize Now Assist, AI Search, and Virtual Agent.
• Build AI-driven solutions, custom skills, chatbots and workflow automations.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced professional to support the implementation and optimization of AI-driven capabilities within a modern enterprise service management platform. In this role, you will help shape the adoption of generative AI solutions, improve digital support experiences, and enhance operational efficiency across the organization. You will collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to identify valuable AI use cases, deliver scalable solutions, and establish governance frameworks that support long-term innovation.

Your tasks

• Review the current ServiceNow AI setup and identify areas for improvement
• Define AI priorities, roadmap, and practical use cases together with business and platform stakeholders
• Configure, maintain, and optimize Now Assist, AI Search, Virtual Agent, and other AI capabilities
• Build and enhance AI-driven solutions, custom skills, chatbots, and workflow automations
• Ensure security, compliance, testing, and quality of AI implementations
• Collaborate with stakeholders, provide recommendations, create documentation, and support long-term platform growth

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, including extensive work in enterprise environments
• Strong background in Virtual Agent, conversational experiences, and AI-driven automation
• Advanced ServiceNow development skills, including JavaScript, integrations, APIs, and workflows
• Deep understanding of ITSM processes and ServiceNow best practices
• Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow AI, Now Assist, and generative AI solutions
• ServiceNow CSA, CAD, and CIS Data Foundations and other mainline certifications will be an advantage
• Excellent English skills, enabling seamless collaboration in an international environment
