Job summary

GlobalLogic is seeking a Senior SDET to help build and validate ARM-based Linux kernel and Debian packages. You will design robust CI/CD pipelines, automate validation, and deploy builds to bare-metal hardware while ensuring OS services run reliably before production.

You will work at the intersection of QA, Linux engineering, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation, close to hardware and OS layers rather than only app-level testing.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in software testing and infrastructure/platform automation in Linux-based environments.
• Design, implement, and maintain reproducible build and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in Bash and Python for automation, scripting, and test tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain reproducible build pipelines for ARM Linux kernel and Debian system packages.
• Adapt build and qualification processes for a new ARM-based hardware platform.
• Validate OS components, including systemd units, services, and monitoring components.
