Job summary

DCG is seeking an experienced Scrum Master in Warsaw to support agile teams across projects. You will facilitate scrum ceremonies, coach team members, and help stakeholders communicate and align goals with product owners.

Strong leadership, mentoring, and conflict resolution skills are essential, with a track record of improving team self-organisation. Responsibilities include backlog refinement, release planning, and removing impediments to boost productivity.

Qualifications

• Scrum Master certification or equivalent recognised internationally.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum rules, techniques and practices.
• Experience as a team lead and in coaching agile teams.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution and mentoring skills.
• English level at least B2 with certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitating meetings for the scrum team.
• Coaching team members and mediating conflicts to improve self-organisation.
• Facilitating agile team learning processes and open communication with stakeholders.
• Writing or splitting user stories, refining product backlog and release planning.
• Supporting the product owner in backlog optimization and removing impediments.
• Leading adoption of scrum among stakeholders and improving team productivity.
