Job summary

EY Global Delivery Services in Katowice is looking for a Senior Consultant to join the Digital Identity & Privileged Access Management team. You will work with international clients to assess IAM implementations, design secure identity solutions, and support cybersecurity posture across engagements.

We welcome hands-on IAM practitioners with Saviynt EIC experience, strong English communication, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience designing, implementing, and supporting IAM solutions in enterprise environments.
• Strong practical experience with Saviynt EIC, including IAM lifecycle management, RBAC, access certifications, SoD, app onboarding, reporting.
• Good understanding of IAM architecture and security concepts: IGA, PAM, PIM, authentication/authorization, SSO, Zero Trust.
• Knowledge of integration technologies and protocols: Java, SQL, REST/SOAP Web Services, LDAP/Active Directory, SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0/OpenID Connect, PKI.
• Prior experience in a client-facing role with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Occasional travel might be required.
• Very good command of English with preferred C1 certified level; European languages (German/French) advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform reviews and assessments of IAM implementations for security and performance.
• Ensure solutions adhere to internal standards and best practices.
• Identify areas for process optimization in IAM configuration and maintenance.
• Assess and create solutions to improve security and usability of digital identity.
• Cross-train team members to share knowledge and skills.
• Optimize existing processes and components related to information security.
• Create prototypes and proof-of-concept for new modules.
• Research technologies and influence cybersecurity strategy.
