Colliers is seeking an IAM Engineer to enhance our Global Identity & Access Management (IAM) team in Poland. The role involves designing and supporting scalable identity governance solutions using Saviynt, integrating applications and identities, and troubleshooting IAM workflows. Ideal candidates will possess 5-7 years of experience in IAM, strong expertise in Saviynt, and familiarity with cloud platforms. Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in IAM engineering.
• 3+ years hands-on with Saviynt.
• Familiarity with PAM tools like CyberArk.
• Advanced communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure and deploy Saviynt IGA solutions.
• Onboard identities and applications into Saviynt.
• Develop joiner-mover-leaver workflows and access review campaigns.
• Troubleshoot provisioning and access issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align IAM solutions.
