Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking a Business Function Implementation Lead to drive SAP S/4HANA Controlling transformations for a multinational client. You will plan and execute end-to-end initiatives for a defined function, ensuring alignment with business requirements and delivering improvements across processes and organization structures.

You will engage cross-functional and international teams, facilitate workshops, and maintain strong stakeholder consensus.

Qualifications

• Expert proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Controlling, including Product Cost Controlling and Material Ledger.
• Minimum of 1 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation project in a lead or stream-lead position.
• Strong influencing and advisory skills to drive decisions across stakeholder groups.
• Experience in leading workshops and collaborating with cross-functional, international teams.
• Confident communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of initiatives for a defined business function, from scoping to stabilization.
• Conduct detailed process analysis and drive redesign of processes and organizational structures.
• Advise stakeholders on best practices in SAP S/4HANA Controlling.
• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and align across business and IT.
• Develop project plans with timelines, resources and deliverables for your stream.
• Monitor progress, manage risks and adjust to meet objectives.
• Engage multiple teams and coordinate cross-functional dependencies.
