Qualifications

• Expert proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Controlling, including Product Cost Controlling and Material Ledger.
• Minimum of 1 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation in lead/stream-lead role.
• Strong influencing and advisory skills to build consensus among stakeholders.
• Experience leading workshops with cross-functional teams, international scope.
• Fluent English communication for collaboration with global teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of initiatives for a defined business function, from scoping to stabilization.
• Conduct detailed process analyses and drive redesign of processes and organizational structures.
• Act as SAP S/4HANA Controlling SME, advising stakeholders on best practices.
• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and align stakeholders across business and IT.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with timelines, resources and deliverables for your stream.
• Monitor progress, manage risks and issues, and adjust plans to meet objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional dependencies and contribute to design and implementation decisions.
• Capture lessons learned and provide insights for continuous improvement.
