Job summary

PwC Polska is seeking a Senior SAP PO Developer with German to design and implement SAP Process Orchestration solutions in a hybrid Kraków-based role. You will manage tickets, drive changes, and collaborate with clients and business users across multiple SAP modules.

You will mentor juniors, participate in planning and testing, and stay current with SAP analytics tools to deliver value-driven improvements for clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing and developing SAP PO solutions
• German and English at least B2 (written and spoken)
• Experience processing tickets in application managed services and implementing changes
• Strong knowledge of at least three SAP modules
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Hands-on in agile methods
• University degree in CS/Engineering/IS or related field
• Familiarity with AI-based tools in daily work

Responsibilities

• Design and develop advanced SAP PO solutions to optimise integration and automate workflows across complex environments.
• Manage and resolve service tickets within an application managed service, ensuring timely delivery.
• Implement change requests and drive continuous improvement in SAP landscapes.
• Work across at least three SAP modules to enhance performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with business users and clients to analyse requirements, lead testing, and oversee deployments.
• Mentor and guide junior developers and team members.
• Participate in project planning, estimation, and status reporting activities.
• Stay up-to-date with SAP analytics technologies and propose innovative solutions.
