Job summary

LeverX, Inc. is seeking a Senior SAP MDG Consultant to join our team in Poland. You will leverage SAP MDG and MDG governance to drive data quality, mappings, and lifecycle management across master data domains.

You will facilitate workshops, gather requirements, design functional solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement governance workflows, data models, and blueprints using modern SAP technologies.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of SAP MDG experience with strong functional expertise.
• Deep knowledge of SAP Material Master attributes and processes.
• Experience in Master Data Management and governance initiatives.
• Data profiling, data quality assessment, and data analysis experience.
• Ability to facilitate workshops and translate business needs into solutions.
• Experience with business blueprints, functional designs, and process flows.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• English B2+ and Polish C1+ proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate business and functional workshops to gather MDG requirements.
• Analyze existing Material Master processes, identify gaps, and define future-state solutions.
• Design and implement SAP MDG processes, including governance workflows, validations, and data models.
• Perform data profiling and quality assessments to identify inconsistencies and support data cleansing, remediation, and migration.
• Prepare business blueprints, functional designs, process documentation, and Excel-based functional specifications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data owners, architects, and developers to translate business requirements into functional solutions.
• Support functional testing, defect resolution, and user acceptance testing (UAT) while contributing to continuous improvements in master data governance.

Required skills:

• 3-5 years of experience in SAP Master Data Governance (SAP MDG), with strong functional expertise.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Material Master, including key attributes, processes, and dependencies.
• Experience in Master Data Management (MDM) and governance initiatives, including data ownership, quality, and lifecycle management.
• Hands-on experience in data profiling, data quality assessment, and data analysis .
• Proven ability to facilitate workshops, gather requirements , and translate business needs into functional solutions.
• Experience preparing business blueprints, functional designs, process flows, and Excel-based functional specifications .
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• English B2+ and Polish C1+ proficiency.

nice-to-have skills:

• Experience in a Finance master data domain or finance-related data processes.
• Experience in PLM.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or S/4HANA transformation programs.
• Exposure to other master data domains such as Customer, Supplier, or Business Partner.
• Experience with SAP MDG implementation, rollout, or transformation programs.
• Experience with master data migration, cleansing, and remediation.
