Job summary

EPAM Systems in Poland is seeking an experienced SAP HANA Developer to design and maintain data models, pipelines, and backend solutions for manufacturing, engineering, and operations analytics. You will build SAP HANA native models (Calculation Views, CDS Views, SQLScript), design ETL workflows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable analytics and SAC dashboards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SAP HANA development.
• Expertise in SAP HANA native modeling: Calculation Views, CDS Views, Procedures, SQLScript.
• Experience designing ETL workflows in SAP environments and data pipelines.
• Familiarity with SAP BW environments and related tools.
• Strong data architecture knowledge and performance optimization.
• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field and good communication.
• Team oriented with Agile (SAFe) experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize SAP HANA native models and views.
• Build and maintain ETL pipelines from SAP and non-SAP sources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for scalable data architectures.
• Develop end-to-end data workflows with high data quality.
• Enable real-time insights via SAP Analytics Cloud and visualization tools.
• Improve data processing performance for large datasets.
• Participate in SAFe Agile processes and documentation.
