Job summary

Talento is seeking an experienced SAP HANA Developer to design and maintain data models, pipelines, and backend solutions for manufacturing and analytics. You will work with Calculation and CDS Views, SQLScript, and ETL pipelines across SAP ECC/S/4HANA and non-SAP sources.

You will collaborate with engineers and analysts to deliver real-time insights through SAP Analytics Cloud and other visualization tools. A strong focus on data quality, performance, and scalable architectures is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SAP HANA development or equivalent SAP roles.
• Hands-on with native modeling: Calculation/ CDS Views, Procedures, SQLScript.
• Experience with ETL workflows in SAP environments (ECC/S/4HANA).
• Familiar with integrating SAP systems into data workflows.
• Strong data performance optimization and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize SAP HANA native models and views.
• Build and maintain ETL pipelines from SAP and non-SAP sources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for scalable data architectures.
• Develop end-to-end data workflows and ensure data quality.
• Enable real-time insights with SAC and other visualization tools.
• Enhance business processes with analytics and KPI tracking.
• Optimize processing for large datasets and complex workflows.
• Participate in SAFe Agile ceremonies and deliver incremental value.
• Document best practices and share knowledge across teams.
