Job summary

Sonova is seeking a Senior IT Solution Architect specializing in SAP LE/WM and SAP EWM to lead the design and evolution of global warehouse management solutions. You will act as the technical and functional authority for warehouse processes, collaborating with stakeholders, project teams, and IT colleagues to deliver scalable, standardized solutions across the SAP landscape.

Qualifications

8+ years of SAP experience in Logistics Execution and Warehouse Management.
5+ years of hands-on SAP EWM experience across global implementation projects.
Strong expertise in SAP LE/WM and SAP EWM covering inbound/outbound logistics, putaway, picking, packing and RF processes.

Responsibilities

Define and maintain the solution architecture for SAP Warehouse Management solutions.
Design end-to-end warehouse processes aligned with business requirements and SAP best practices.
Lead solution design workshops with business stakeholders and translate requirements into designs.
Review and approve functional specs and custom developments to ensure standard functionality is adopted.
Drive harmonization and standardization of warehouse processes across multiple locations.
