Job summary

Accenture is seeking an SAP Architect to design SAP landscapes, lead architectural discussions, and mentor teams on large transformation programs. You will promote best practices, engage with customers, and drive innovative SAP solutions across cloud and on-premises environments.

The role offers a flexible work location with potential remote, onsite at client sites, or in an Accenture office, depending on project needs, and requires strong English and Polish communication skills.

WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH:

As an SAP Architect at Accenture, you'll work with some of the most recognized organizations in Poland and beyond - including leaders across banking, retail, manufacturing, and energy sectors. On an international scale, you'll contribute to transformation programs at major European and global enterprises, collaborating with cross‑functional teams across multiple time zones and markets.

OUR TEAM:

You’ll join one of the largest SAP practices in Poland - a community of several hundred specialists spanning S/4HANA, BTP, integrations, and industry solutions. As an architect, you’ll draw on this depth of expertise when designing complex landscapes, validating solution approaches, and shaping proposals for clients.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• 10+ years of experience in implementing SAP solutions.

• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture.

• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and SAP Clean Core Approach.

• Understanding of SAP BTP use cases and integration scenarios.

• Proactive problem‑solving skills with the ability to identify gaps and issues from multiple perspectives.

• Understanding of technology, applications, and data architecture.

• Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

• Very good command of English and Polish for documentation, presentations, and teamwork in an international environment.
