Moderna is expanding its international business services hub in Warsaw and seeks a global technical authority for SAP FI-AP, OpenText VIM, and Procure‑to‑Pay ecosystems. You will architect end‑to‑end invoice‑to‑pay capabilities, drive automation, and ensure financial integrity at scale.

The role focuses on touchless processing, 2‑ and 3‑way matching, and deep collaboration with Procurement and business stakeholders to deliver compliant, efficient financial operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT or related field.
• 7+ years of hands-on SAP FI-AP experience.
• Strong expertise in OpenText VIM and AP operations.
• Sound SAP AP configuration, including posting, payment methods, tolerances and vendor open item management.
• Experience with bank/payment integrations and ISO20022 or SWIFT connectivity.
• Experience supporting OCR or intelligent invoice capture and AP automation initiatives.
• Solid understanding of STP/RTR, reconciliations, controls, and month-end close.
• Experience leading global e-invoicing implementations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SAP FI-AP and OpenText VIM SME for global P2P processes.
• Own configuration and optimization of AP incl. vendor invoices, parked/posting, tolerances, and withholding tax.
• Lead OpenText VIM design, OCR capture, workflows, validation rules, and dashboards.
• Drive touchless invoice processing to maximize STP rates across PO and non-PO flows.
• Collaborate with Procurement to optimize 2- and 3-way matching and resolve GR/IR issues.
• Lead integration across procurement platforms (Ariba, EDI, supplier portals).
• Oversee global e-invoicing initiatives and government compliance, incl. ISO20022 formats.
• Support end-to-end payment operations and reconciliations with RTR and GL.
