Job summary

Capgemini in Wroclaw is seeking a Salesforce CRM specialist with 5+ years of experience to design, develop, and operate scalable CRM solutions.

You will implement Sales Cloud, Flows, CRM Analytics, Apex, and manage deployments via GitHub Actions in a collaborative, Agile environment. Fluency in German and English required; Salesforce certification preferred.

• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce/CRM systems in Agile environments.
• Hands-on with Sales Cloud, Salesforce Flows, CRM Analytics, and Apex for scalable CRM solutions.
• Proficient in Confluence, Jira, GitHub Actions, Microsoft Teams and VS Code to support CI/CD practices.
• Strong SQL, SOQL, SAQL and Tableau skills for analytics and visualization.
• Fluent German (minimum B2) and English (minimum B2+).
• At least one Salesforce certification.

YOUR TASKS

• Developing and operating Salesforce CRM systems, including the Salesforce Org, Salesforce Frontend reports/GUI, and CRM Analytics, ensuring a scalable and high-performing platform.
• Analyzing, designing, and translating business requirements into Salesforce Apex code and configurations, applying clean architecture principles and best practices.
• Managing deployments through GitHub Actions and handling incidents to maintain system stability.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing system interfaces.

YOUR PROFILE

• At least 5 years of experience working with Salesforce or CRM systems in an agile environment.
• Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Salesforce Flows, Salesforce Inspector, CRM Analytics, and Apex, with the ability to deliver scalable and high-quality CRM solutions.
• Proficiency in Confluence, Jira, GitHub/GitHub Actions, Microsoft Teams, and VS Code, supporting modern development and CI/CD practices.
• Strong SQL, SOQL, and SAQL skills, as well as practical experience with Tableau for analytics and visualization.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in German (minimum B2) and English (minimum B2+)
• At least one Salesforce certification
