Job summary

Booksy is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to act as an operational co-pilot across Sales, Customer Success and Product. You will own end-user support, process improvements, and platform adoption of the Salesforce stack, partnering with stakeholders to deliver structured scope and actionable next steps.

The role requires 6+ years as a BA, Salesforce Administrator and Platform App Builder certifications, and strong collaboration with engineering for refinement and estimation.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a proven track record in writing user stories, requirements, scope docs and assumptions logs.
• Active Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Platform App Builder certifications.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, plus Salesforce AI.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical designs and automate processes.
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams during refinement and estimation sessions.
• Fluent, independent proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Slack, and Google Workspace.
• Strong creative problem solving, time management, and high-level communication.

As a Salesforce Business Analyst reporting to our Salesforce Architecture Manager in our Salesforce team, your purpose will be to act as an operational co‑pilot to our cross‑functional leadership across Sales, Customer Success, and Product. You'll own end‑user support, process improvements, and platform adoption across our Salesforce tech stack and ecosystem, using your analytical and functional expertise to independently turn ambiguous business asks into structured scope, clear documentation, and actionable next steps. You'll partner directly with internal stakeholders to streamline key workflows, champion strict data governance to maintain system integrity, leverage best practices across Salesforce clouds to maximize platform capabilities, and drive high‑autonomy, hands‑on solutions that deliver positive business outcomes.

Requirements

Essentially, to ensure you succeed in this role you're going to need…

1. Experience Level: 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a proven track record of independently generating user stories, requirements, scope documentation, and assumptions logs without close supervision.

2. Mandatory Certifications: Active Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Platform App Builder certifications.

3. Salesforce Ecosystem Knowledge: Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce AI.

4. Solution Design & Process Automation: Strong capability to translate business needs into technical solution designs, paired with a deep understanding of how systems and automation drive end‑to‑end business processes.

5. Engineering Collaboration: Demonstrated experience preparing for and contributing to engineering refinement and estimation sessions, with the ability to address detailed technical and process questions on the spot.

6. Tooling & Documentation: Fluent, independent proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Slack, and Google Workspace (Docs/Sheets) to structure and present information effectively.

7. Core Professional Skills: Strong creative problem‑solving skills, excellent time management, and high‑level communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.

1. Specific Salesforce Platform Experience: Prior experience working with Data Cloud and Agentforce.

2. Specialized Consultant Certifications: Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant, and/or Salesforce Agentforce Consultant.

3. Strategic & Analytical Mindset: Ability to align Salesforce configurations with long‑term business goals while analyzing, visualizing, and solving complex problems.

4. Proactive Ownership & Urgency: Strong initiative to move work forward independently, set clear priorities, proactively surface blockers, and elevate when necessary.

5. Concise, Structured Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex info for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders using a clear, structured style (focusing on facts, asks, and next steps).

6. Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Proven talent for partnering seamlessly with diverse teams and maintaining clear alignment across stakeholders.
