Job summary

Citi Solutions Center Poland is seeking a Senior Risk Reporting Analyst to shape risk reporting across global stress testing and analytics. You will sit within DART, a team that blends deep risk expertise with technical capability to build management reporting and business intelligence solutions that support regulatory and management decision-making.

This role carries broad ownership, from strengthening internal controls and governance to driving AI-enabled improvements in risk reporting

Responsibilities

• Execute stress tests and ICAAP processes, produce management reporting that supports risk oversight.
• Design and maintain internal overview and control mechanisms that ensure risk reporting solutions meet global regulatory and policy standards.
• Present complex risk initiatives and analytical findings to senior stakeholders to inform strategic decisions.
• Identify and develop AI-driven solutions that automate reporting, strengthen data validation, and generate analytical commentary.
• Define the roadmap for risk reporting and analytical tools, tracking delivery and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Engage with Internal Audit, governance teams, and regulators during examinations and reviews.
• Manage cross-functional project delivery, coordinating timelines and priorities across risk reporting initiatives

Job description

As a Senior Risk Reporting Analyst, you will be part of Data, Analytics, Reporting, and Technology (DART). You will shape how Citi manages and reports risk across a global stress testing and analytics function. You will sit within a team that combines deep risk expertise with technical capability, building management reporting and business intelligence solutions that support regulatory and management decision-making. This role carries broad ownership, from strengthening internal controls to driving the adoption of AI within risk reporting processes.

Responsibilities

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

zł241,750.00 - zł411,650.00
