This Regulatory Risk Senior Analyst role is dedicated to the governance of the New Activities Management process. The successful candidate will be a seasoned professional responsible for ensuring a robust and compliant framework for evaluating new business proposals, achieved through close cooperation with various subject matter experts across the bank. This position serves as a central point of contact for the governance of new initiatives, requiring a deep understanding of risk management principles and the ability to navigate a complex stakeholder environment. The analyst will apply their expertise to challenge and validate new proposals, ensuring they align with the firm’s risk appetite and regulatory obligations.
In addition to its primary focus on new activities, this role provides crucial support for key enterprise-wide risk programs, such as the annual Risk Identification and Assessment Process. The analyst will also play a vital part in the governance of key risk management committees, including logistical support and ensuring adherence to procedural requirements, contributing directly to the firm’s strong risk culture.
