Job summary

Cavendish Professionals seeks a Senior Forward Deployed Software Engineer to own end-to-end LLM-enabled applications and to drive architecture and MVP scaling for enterprise deployments.

You will embed with strategic customer teams across Europe, shaping API-led solutions, vector DB integrations, and orchestration pipelines, while delivering reusable SDKs and prompts to accelerate platform velocity.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of commercial software engineering experience, including 2+ years in customer-facing, consultative, or embedded technical roles.
• Strong consultant mindset with ability to navigate ambiguity and communicate AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead technical delivery from scratch across cross-functional teams and client leads.
• Full professional proficiency in English for daily collaboration across international teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of production-ready, LLM-enabled applications across agile sprints from backend to frontend.
• Act as the CTO of the build, driving architecture and MVP scaling to enterprise deployments.
• Embed with customer teams (travel up to 30% across Europe) to diagnose problems and tailor AI solutions.
• Deliver robust APIs, vector DB integrations, LLM pipelines, and UI components; codify reusable SDKs and prompts.
