Eurofins Group in Katowice, Poland, is seeking a Head of Release and Deployment Management to lead the safe, scalable delivery of changes across a growing portfolio of IT solutions. Based in Katowice, you will govern end-to-end release lifecycles, ensure production stability, and drive automation across multiple teams in a global, food and environment testing context.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or Information Management, or equivalent experience.
• 8–10 years of experience in Release engineering, deployment management, or DevOps-oriented roles
• Proven experience in hands‑on deployment execution and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code and ITSM tools (Terraform, ServiceNow, Jira, BMC Helix)

Responsabilidades

• Execute and manage end-to-end deployments across non-production and production environments.
• Maintain and optimise deployment pipelines, configurations, and automation scripts.
• Troubleshoot deployment failures; analyze root causes and implement fixes.
• Ensure all Releases meet quality, security, and operational standards.
• Own deployment tooling (CI/CD pipelines, Release orchestration tools).
• Coordinate Release schedules and dependencies across multiple teams.
• Ensure compliance with ITIL Change Management processes.
• Promote DevOps practices and automation-first mindset.
