Job summary

Avenga is seeking an experienced Release Manager / Scrum Master / Project Manager to own end-to-end release management in a regulated enterprise IT environment. You will ensure GxP validation is embedded in the release lifecycle and coordinate sophisticated release windows across multiple stacks.

Working with development, QA, validation and business teams, you will lead two parallel sprint cycles, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and maintain scope and traceability in JIRA and ServiceNow.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with release management in regulated environments (GxP, GMP, GCP).
• Understanding of validation activities within release lifecycle.
• Solid project management experience incl. planning and multi-workstream coordination.
• Hands-on JIRA usage for scope, traceability and release planning.
• Experience with ServiceNow Change and Release Management.
• English at C1 level for client and US-based stakeholders.
• Experience managing two parallel sprint cycles.

Responsibilities

• Own and coordinate end-to-end release management in a regulated environment.
• Ensure GxP validation is integral to the release process.
• Develop and maintain release schedules and coordinate release windows.
• Lead two parallel sprint cycles across teams.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives.
• Coordinate with development, QA, validation, business and stakeholders.
• Use JIRA to manage scope, traceability and link items to releases.
• Manage Change and Release in ServiceNow with approvals.
