Cyprus EXT LTD is seeking an experienced Senior Relationship Manager to onboard and manage high-net-worth clients and institutional relationships across time zones. You will leverage a portable book of business, grow client relationships, and collaborate with regional sales and marketing teams.

The role requires fluency in English, a track record in private wealth and institutional sales, and the ability to operate in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in a sales role in the financial services or investment industry.
• A portable book of business: an established, loyal client base ready to onboard with you.
• Proven experience in institutional B2B sales – building and managing relationships with institutional counterparties.
• Excellent knowledge of the securities market: stocks, ETFs, bonds, futures and options.
• Strong understanding of international business practices and cultural sensitivities.
• Fluent English; additional languages will be an asset.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison to top-tier clients including premium retail and institutional clients.
• Provide solutions to client inquiries while complying with company policies.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to review needs, goals, and satisfaction.
• Onboard and activate clients from your network and identify expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with Regional Head, Sales and Marketing to strategize for growth.
• Negotiate contracts to enhance business performance and client satisfaction.
• Oversee client issues and apply knowledge of cash markets to support clients.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to strengthen client relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment with client expectations.
• Oversee delivery of services to clients and monitor KPIs.
