Job summary

The Centre for Effective Altruism is seeking aSenior Recruiting Specialist to own hiring rounds from start to finish, partnering with hiring managers across the organization. Youll drive team-wide recruiting projects with autonomy, coach peers, and help scale our recruitment function while upholding EA values and standards.

Reporting to the Recruiting Manager, you will lead end-to-end hiring, optimize processes, and contribute to a thriving global EA community during growth periods and events.

Qualifications

• Experience running or contributing to hiring processes.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams with strong prioritization.
• Strong internal stakeholder management and communication.
• Comfort navigating sensitive information with discretion.
• Interest in EA principles and mission alignment.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle hiring rounds end-to-end with hiring managers.
• Lead team-wide recruiting projects and process improvements.
• Coach and develop other recruiters on the team.
• Support onboarding and training of new recruiters.
• Represent recruiting policies and practices to managers.
