Job summary

Telnyx LLC in Kraków is seeking an experienced ML Engineer to build the next generation of real-time voice and video AI and to own end-to-end model development from research to production.

You’ll work with Python, PyTorch, and state-of-the-art GPU hardware across a global infrastructure, shipping robust ML features through backend services and customer portals. Strong systems thinking and production experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in machine learning or related engineering with production exposure.
• Strong Python and PyTorch skills, hands-on in adapting pretrained models.
• End-to-end engineering ownership across backend/frontend changes.
• Agent-driven development mindset and ability to leverage advanced coding agents.

Responsibilities

• Real-time voice and video models evaluation, adaptation, deployment and maintenance.
• Track and translate research into production-ready features across the stack.
• Own data pipelines, evaluation, and benchmarking for multilingual and domain-specific scenarios.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver end-to-end ML-powered product capabilities.
