Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior React Native Developer to join our team in Poland. You will develop cross‑platform mobile apps with React Native, leverage Expo and EAS, and implement robust state management to deliver high quality software.

You will collaborate with designers, backend engineers and QA, ensuring performance and seamless user experiences on iOS and Android, while thriving in a hybrid office setup across multiple Polish cities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial experience with React Native.
• Experience with Expo ecosystem and EAS for builds/submissions.
• Strong knowledge of state management patterns (Redux, Zustand, Jotai).
• Experience with RTK Query and/or TanStack Query for server state.
• Proficient in TypeScript; good understanding of mobile lifecycle and navigation.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and Git workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills; English B2.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile apps using React Native.
• Build and optimize workflows with Expo and EAS.
• Manage app state with modern state management libraries.
