Job summary

Hatch in Poland is seeking an experienced Senior Interface and Integration Manager - Systems Engineer to join our global Systems Integration and Assurance practice in Poland.

The role focuses on coordinating technical interfaces across railway systems, infrastructure and operations, delivering interface management and systems integration services for major international rail programmes from tender to delivery and beyond.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field.
• 8–10 years in rail, transportation or complex infrastructure projects.
• Experience in interface management and systems integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead interface management on major rail projects.
• Coordinate interfaces across systems, infrastructure and operations.
• Develop Interface Registers, Matrices and documents.
• Facilitate coordination meetings with designers, suppliers and operators.
• Support risk identification and mitigation for interfaces.
• Provide guidance to junior engineers.
