Qualifications

• 4-6 years of professional experience in software testing or quality engineering.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies, processes, and metrics.
• Programming skills in Java.
• Experience with AI-assisted testing and QA tools.
• AuthN/AuthZ testing experience via API and integration tests.
• Ability to balance AI insights with risk-based testing decisions.
• Collaborative with Software Eng., Platform, Security and SRE teams.
• Good English communication, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Creates and maintains test plans (functional, regression, integration).
• Designs, implements, and maintains test cases with traceability to requirements.
• Develops and maintains automated regression test suites.
• Utilizes AI-assisted testing tools to accelerate design and coverage.
• Executes functional, regression, and nonfunctional testing.
• Identifies defects and collaborates with the scrum team on resolution.
• Contributes to release milestones and readiness assessments.
• Coordinates test planning across multiple environments.
• Produces quality metrics and risk assessments.
• Attends scrum ceremonies and updates testing status in Rally daily.
• Collaborates with engineers to ensure coverage for new or changed functionality.
