Job summary

HeadHR is seeking a QA Engineer specializing in RF systems for Poland. You will validate wireless and bus-based hardware, perform latency, range and throughput testing, and contribute to EN 50131 compliance readiness. Collaborative work with R&D, product management and compliance teams is expected.

The role emphasizes test automation, structured evidence, and rigorous QA processes in a dynamic hardware environment. English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Electronics, Telecommunications or related field.
• Strong experience in Quality Assurance.
• Experience validating wireless or bus-based systems and testing communication hardware.
• Experience with latency, range and throughput testing.
• Knowledge of Sub-GHz radio systems, RF protocols or IoT communication.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.
• Knowledge of QA processes, methods and tools.

Responsibilities

• Experience validating wireless or bus-based systems and testing communication-focused hardware products.
• Experience with latency, range and throughput testing.
• Practical knowledge of Sub-GHz radio systems, RF protocols or IoT communication.
• Knowledge of QA processes, methods and tools.
• Analytical, data-driven approach to testing and reporting.
• Ability to use debugging logs, traces and serial output for problem solving.
• Good command of spoken and written English.

Additional qualifications:

• Python-based test automation skills.
• ISTQB certificate.
• Experience with the Atlassian toolchain.
• Experience with EN 50131 or similar standards.
• Experience in intrusion, detection or access domains.
