Job summary

Solid Company is seeking a QA Automation Engineer to drive quality across airline operations software. You will develop automated tests, build robust automation frameworks, and create tools that accelerate testing in a fast-paced DevOps environment.

You will collaborate with Development, Product, and DevOps teams to promote quality practices and ensure scalable, reliable software. Strong English communication and independent work ethic are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Software Quality Assurance experience with a focus on test automation.
• Hands-on experience designing automated test frameworks and suites.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and Java for test automation.
• Hands-on with Playwright for UI and end-to-end testing.
• Experience with API testing and CI/CD platforms.
• Experience testing applications in cloud environments (AWS, Kubernetes).

YOU WILL

• Develop, maintain, and execute manual and automated tests that support various airline operations and business processes.
• Design, build, and improve test automation frameworks to increase test coverage, efficiency, and scalability.
• Develop and maintain test tools, scripts, and automation solutions using various programming and scripting languages.
• Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure quality objectives are met.
• Build and use automation tools that support CI/CD pipelines and the software release management process.
• Collaborate with Development, Product, and DevOps teams to promote quality best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.

• 5+ years of Software Quality Assurance experience, with a strong focus on test automation.
• Hands-on experience designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks and test suites.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as TypeScript and Java, with a focus on test automation and quality engineering.
• Practical experience with Playwright for UI and end-to-end test automation.
• Experience with API testing and validation.
