What you’ll achieve: As a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, you will support Global Operations Quality (GOQ) in managing Dell and ODM factory quality metrics, including First Pass Yield (FPY), End of Line Quality Metric (EQM), and Missing, Wrong, Damaged (MWD). You will drive improvements to factory quality inspection processes in line with ISO and regulatory requirements, lead investigations into customer quality issues, and perform Closed-loop Corrective Actions (CLCA) on issues.
