Job summary

Reply Group is seeking a Senior Qlik Developer to design and deliver end-to-end BI solutions on the Qlik platform, turning multi-source data into reliable analytics for data-driven decisions. You will collaborate with stakeholders, data engineers, and platform teams from requirements to production.

You will design Qlik Sense apps, optimize ETL logic, and implement set analysis and data models while ensuring data quality and governance across environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience as a Qlik Developer or in a comparable BI development role.
• Strong hands‑on expertise with Qlik Sense (and/or QlikView) — data modeling, load scripting, and set analysis.
• Good SQL skills and experience working with relational databases and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience with ETL/ELT processes and integrating data from diverse sources.
• Solid understanding of BI best practices, performance tuning, and data governance.
• Fluent communication skills in English and Polish.
• Availability to work in a hybrid mode with at least 1 visit to the Katowice office per month.

• Exposure to other BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Qlik certification (Data Architect / Business Analyst).
