Job summary

B2B Network in Poland is seeking a Senior Test Manager/QA Lead to drive QA across an Agile Release Train on a large-scale project. You will lead QA across multiple Scrum teams located in Poland, the Nordics, and India, ensuring end-to-end testing and high quality.

Responsibilities include planning, implementing, and reporting testing activities, improving test automation, managing environments and data, and delivering quality metrics for release readiness.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in a QA leadership role with coaching and development focus.
• Experience in test management, functional and non-functional testing, E2E, and test automation.
• Proven ability to plan, follow-up, and report system tests and dashboards.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the QA effort within the Agile Release Train for a large-scale project.
• Plan, implement, and report testing activities across functional and non-functional areas.
• Drive test automation and improve KPI coverage for end-to-end deliveries.
• Secure test environments and data, and align with release plans.
• Coach teams, manage risks, and communicate QA status to stakeholders.
