Hurma in Poland is seeking a QA Leader to drive testing strategy, mentor a team of 7 Manual QA Engineers, and elevate product quality across multiple projects.

You will define QA processes, implement automation opportunities, and shape mobile testing coverage based on customer needs and business priorities. Regular salary reviews and development toward leadership positions are part of the growth path.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years leading QA teams in a product environment.
• Proven experience designing and improving QA processes.
• Strong understanding of SDLC/STLC and QA methodologies.
• Experience defining testing strategies, QA standards, and release quality gates.

Responsabilités

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of 7 Manual QA Engineers with different seniority levels.
• Plan, organize and balance the QA team's workload across multiple parallel projects.
• Define, maintain, and continuously improve QA processes, standards, documentation, and best practices.
• Define the QA automation strategy, identify automation opportunities, and collaborate with engineering teams on its implementation.
• Establish the mobile testing strategy, including device coverage based on customer usage and business priorities.

• Proven experience designing and improving QA processes in a product environment.

• Strong understanding of modern software quality practices, SDLC/STLC, and QA methodologies.
