Job summary

Your ITeams Sp. z o.o. is seeking a QA Automation Engineer to own quality across a modern PHP/Laravel platform, focusing on UI, API, integration and regression testing within an Agile team.

You will integrate tests with CI/CD, mentor junior QA engineers, and help shape QA standards, while collaborating with backend, frontend, SRE and product teams.

Experience with Cypress, Selenium and REST API testing, strong communication in English, and a bias for risk-based testing are valued.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in QA automation with Cypress or Selenium.
• Strong UI, API, integration and regression testing practices and automation design.
• Experience testing REST or API-first, service-based architectures.
• Experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines and working with tools such as Xray and Jira.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery and applying risk-based testing and test strategy techniques.
• Ability to produce and interpret quality metrics and perform defect analysis to inform decisions.
• Strong analytical skills, clear communication and ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• English language proficiency at C1 level.
• Desirable: healthcare or regulated SaaS, and familiarity with performance, reliability and security testing or cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).

Join a focused product squad as a QA Automation Engineer and play a key role in modernizing an existing PHP platform and migrating it to Laravel. You will own quality and test automation across UI, API, integration and regression testing, integrate tests with CI/CD pipelines, and assess release readiness using a risk-based approach.
