Job summary

KK Group in Szczecin, Poland is seeking an Engineering Quality Assurance Specialist to embed QA practices across Power & Controls – Product & Engineering. You will drive audits, train engineers, and support projects with data-driven quality improvements.

The role requires a degree in QA/Engineering, experience with QA processes and ISO audits, strong collaboration, and willingness to travel 20–30 days per year. Join a technically advanced, global energy leader.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering or similar technical background.
• Experience with QA processes, tools and systems.
• Experience in product development.
• ISO internal audits experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel 20–30 days per year.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain QA processes and tools.
• Train and support engineers in QA methodologies.
• Conduct internal audits and follow up on findings.
• Provide QA support to projects and engineering activities.
• Support customer QA cases including MRB and Technical Waivers.
• Drive continuous quality improvements and standardization of documentation, designs and products.
• Collaborate with other quality departments and stakeholders.
• Align commitments across functions and organizational levels.
