Job summary

Graphcore is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to validate the workload management stack powering AI compute. You will design and implement automated tests for Kubernetes integrations, ensuring reliability, scalability and production readiness across distributed systems.

You will work hands-on with Python automation, Robot Framework, and CI/CD practices, helping drive test coverage and quality across the platform, with a hybrid setup requiring three days per week in Gdańsk.

Qualifications

• Strong Python programming experience focused on automation and test engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Robot Framework or similar automation frameworks.
• Experience testing cloud-native, containerised or distributed systems.
• Strong Linux and Kubernetes understanding with debugging across system layers.
• Experience with CI/CD systems such as GitLab CI or GitHub Actions.
• Ability to improve test coverage and raise quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop automated test suites.
• Build system and integration tests for Kubernetes-based workloads.
• Contribute to CI/CD quality practices and improvements.
• Investigate and debug issues across Kubernetes, infrastructure and application layers.
• Hands-on testing of distributed systems and AI compute workloads.
